During a LIv Yoga hot yoga class you are consistently being asked to challenge yourself in your yoga practice. You are asked to focus on what you are feeling in the stretch, concentrate on controlling your body and challenge yourself to maintain focus and control then go a little further in the right direction.
For 90 days, Liv Yoga challenges you to go a little further in the right direction of nutrition. We will provide weekly support to help you challenge yourself, including menus, shopping lists, feedback, encouragement and the latest information about nutrition, health and lifestyle and more.

For 90 days of your life. Could You?
Could You? Take the Challenge and learn how to eat healthier and feel better. This progressive program will take you through 90 days of learning and practicing better eating habits. Inspired by one families’ 100 Days of No Junk Food Challenge and using Michael Pollan’s “Food Rules” as a guide, together we will embark on a journey to create better well-being in our lives and our families through nutrition. We have to eat. Eat well.

90 Day Challenge Details
- Teams must have 2 or more people. Any 2 or more people, friends or family. Age 1-100 - $100 per team. Minimum 6 teams. - Teams journal throughout program and then write a one-page essay about their 90 Day Challenge. -Team journal & essay reviewed and awarded by panel consisting of nutritionists, yoga instructors and medical professionals. - Cash prize is awarded to team who completes 90 Day Challenge & writes the best essay on experience. - Weekly meetings including: budgeting healthy foods, menu ideas, cooking.
